This house initially had many small and dark rooms and the living-room area was not big enough for the clients’ needs. Keeping the structure and the traditional facade on the street, the rooms were enlarged and relocated after demolishing some walls. The facade towards the courtyard and the garden was treated with new windows wrapping the existing structure in order to bring natural light into the house and to open it to the garden.
