The clients ordered the development of an emblematic multi residential building at the heart of Palermo, a neighborhood in constant growth and evolution in Buenos Aires City. Their requirement was to have a tower with different types of apartments: one, two and three rooms, and duplex lofts on top of the building. The reason for that was to meet the needs of diverse inhabitants. In order to get an emblematic image, the facade with view towards the De La Plata river and the best orientation was covered with a structural glass curtain wall.
